Thomas is always on time, courteous, respectful of the property and home. But most importantly, he pays attention to the problems and problem areas and resolves those. Since going with D-Bug, Thomas has been my regular technician, and my problems have been eliminated. Happy to say that now it's more of a preventative treatment than a response. I've used other services like Terminix, Orkin, and others - but D-Bug has the best customer service, local customer service, prompt responses, and the best prices. Highly recommend!
