Our Clear, Step-by-Step Process for Effective Home Pest Control

From rodents and spiders to mosquitoes and termites, D-Bug builds a plan around your home and what pest pressures you are actually dealing with. Our residential pest control process starts with a free in-home evaluation, so nothing is guessed at or oversold. A licensed technician walks through your property, checks for pest activity, identifies entry points, and looks at the conditions that are making pests more likely to stick around. From there, you get options that make sense for your situation, including flexible service plans starting at $65 per month.

Here is exactly what to expect when you work with D-Bug:

  1. Schedule your free in-home inspection online or by phone, with same-day or next-day availability in most cases
  2. A trained technician arrives, wearing boot covers, and performs a thorough walkthrough of your home to assess pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditions
  3. You receive a customized treatment plan with multiple options laid out clearly, including pricing, so there are no surprises
  4. Treatment begins, often the same day as your inspection, targeting rodents, crawling pests, flying insects, and more, depending on the plan you choose
  5. After every visit, you get a detailed service report outlining what was done and what to watch for
  6. Your plan includes a year-round warranty and service calls, so if pests return between visits, D-Bug comes back at no extra charge

If It Comes Back, So Do We

At D-Bug Pest Control, we believe the job isn't done until the problem is actually gone. You deserve results that stick, not a temporary fix that sends you back to square one. If pests return after we've treated your home, we'll come back out at absolutely no extra cost to you. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through, and no awkward conversations about what's covered.

Local Roots, Real Results in Columbus

D-Bug Pest Control is locally owned and operated, which means our team actually lives and works in Columbus and stays involved in the community through local events and organizations. That kind of connection matters because we know the pest pressures specific to this area and can get to you faster than a national chain ever could. When you call D-Bug, you're not reaching a call center, you're reaching your neighbors.

Pest Control in Columbus That Actually Works With Your Schedule and Budget

If you own or rent a home and you're dealing with pests, you're not alone. Studies show that over 14 million housing units in the United States reported seeing cockroaches in a single year, and that number doesn't account for ants, rodents, or the dozens of other pests that find their way inside. The good news is that getting ahead of the problem doesn't have to be complicated or expensive.

Why a Recurring Pest Control Plan Makes More Sense Than a One-Time Fix

A single treatment can knock down what you see, but pests don't stop coming just because you sprayed once. Seasonal changes, new neighbors, and shifting weather all push insects and rodents to look for new entry points. A recurring residential pest control plan keeps a protective barrier in place all year, so small issues don't turn into full-blown infestations. At D-Bug Pest Control, plans start at $65 per month, which makes consistent protection easy to fit into ypur budget.

What Integrated Pest Management Means for Your Home

Integrated Pest Management, or IPM, is the approach D-Bug uses to treat residential pest problems the right way. Instead of just spraying and leaving, IPM looks at the full picture, including how pests are getting in, what conditions are attracting them, and which treatments will be most effective with the least disruption to your household. It's a smarter, more targeted method that relies on inspection data rather than guesswork.

Here's what that looks like in practice for Ohio homeowners:

  • A free in-home evaluation where a technician checks for pest activity, entry points, and conditions that attract pests
  • A customized treatment plan built from what the inspection actually finds, not a one-size-fits-all approach
  • Multiple treatment options presented so you can choose what fits your needs and your budget
  • Many treatments start the same day as the inspection, with flexible scheduling when needed
  • Professional-grade products, boot covers worn by technicians, and a detailed service report after every visit
  • A warranty included with your residential plan so you're covered between visits

D-Bug makes it straightforward from start to finish, with no hidden costs and real answers before you commit to anything. If you still have questions about how this works or what to expect, contact our experienced team.

No Contracts, No Pressure, Just Expert Pest Control

D-Bug Pest Control does not lock you into long-term contracts the way many competitors do. We earn your business by delivering real results, and we trust those results to keep you coming back. Our team is confident in what we do, so you are free to stay because the service works, not because you signed something that makes it hard to walk away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer one-time treatments or recurring plans?

Yes, we offer both one-time treatments and recurring pest control plans. While a one-time service can be effective for addressing an immediate issue, we typically recommend recurring treatments for long-term protection. Most pests are persistent and tend to return without ongoing prevention. Our recurring plans are designed to keep your home protected year-round and stop infestations before they start!

Do you treat for pests inside and outside?

Yes, our pest control service includes treatment for both the interior and exterior of the home.

How much does your pest control cost?

Our pest control plans start at $65 per month, with pricing depending on the size of the home and the type of pest issue.

Pricing for pest control varies based on several factors, including the plan you choose, the size of your home, and the type of infestation (if any). Since every situation is unique, we provide custom quotes tailored to your needs.

What types of pests do you treat?

We treat a wide range of common household pests, including ants, spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, beetles, flies, earwigs, and more. Our general pest control services are designed to target the bugs you're most likely to regularly encounter in and around your home.

How quickly can pest control service start?

In many cases, treatment can begin the same day as the inspection, and we often offer same-day or next-day service when availability allows.

Clint was great. He was on time on a very rainy, ugly day but he took care of my vole boxes outside before I knew he had arrived. He treated inside my shed, garage and home, including the basement. Because it was raining, he could not spray outside but he did put some granules around the house to keep away the critters!

Overall, after several years now with D-Bug, abou 98% of the bugs I find in my home are already dead! I LIKE THAT!
