Your employee, Jasper Uricchio, inspected our house today to determine if we had termites in our home. During the process Jasper provided a thorough explanation of the damage termites will inflict if not treated and proceeded to show me places in our house where they presently exist.

We then discussed various treatment methods and their effectiveness.
