We had a carpenter ant issue that was discovered when we had flying ants enter our home. D-Bug 's representative, Zach, came to our home to look at the problem and he gave us a quote for treatment. Zach's quote was higher than Terminix who wanted money up front to send someone out and they wanted to put me on a monthly plan. But Zach's quote was much lower than Orkin who said that the bugs were termite swarmer's and their quote was outrageous! I appreciated Zach's professionalism, honesty, and communication skills.

We have used DBug for many years at our house and now at our cabin. They just make it easy for us. Today Lance did both properties. He was on time, professional and pointed out some small details for us to monitor. Once or twice, we needed a second visit and they jumped right in it.
