Zach's quote was higher than Terminix who wanted money up front to send someone out and they wanted to put me on a monthly plan. But Zach's quote was much lower than Orkin who said that the bugs were termite swarmer's and their quote was outrageous! I appreciated Zach's professionalism, honesty, and communication skills.
