I spoke to a representative to request an inspection and estimate; a tech came down within a couple days to check. He suspected either wasps or bees within a part of the wall of our house and services were scheduled for a few days later. A couple of techs came to dust the holes they found near the site and even knocked down a few old wasp nests around the house. It only took 30 minutes for them to complete.

He showed me evidence that the bait was working and explained what needs to be done to maintain the bait traps.
