We had a carpenter ant issue that was discovered when we had flying ants enter our home. D-Bug 's representative, Zach, came to our home to look at the problem and he gave us a quote for treatment. Zach's quote was higher than Terminix who wanted money up front to send someone out and they wanted to put me on a monthly plan. But Zach's quote was much lower than Orkin who said that the bugs were termite swarmer's and their quote was outrageous! I appreciated Zach's professionalism, honesty, and communication skills.

Discovering bugs in your home is super stressful, but the Johnstown D-Bug staff were professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Adam did an excellent job of explaining the problem and presenting solutions. Also, I was concerned about the types of chemicals he used and how they might negatively impact health, but he explained that they were all safe (even food safe!) and gave me additional information about them so I could do my own research. Best of all, my bug problem is now a thing of the past! HIGHLY recommend!!
