I spoke to a representative to request an inspection and estimate; a tech came down within a couple days to check. He suspected either wasps or bees within a part of the wall of our house and services were scheduled for a few days later. A couple of techs came to dust the holes they found near the site and even knocked down a few old wasp nests around the house. It only took 30 minutes for them to complete.
