D-Bug was the 3rd company that I called 3 years ago for mice. I had to call the one company multiple times to get a response and the other just put out traps without offering any type of prevention. The 3rd time was the charm with D-Bug and I continue to use them. Shawn was very timely, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He took the time to answer my questions and did a thorough job making sure I didn't have any points of entry I could cover. The office is also very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company!
