We have used DBug for many years at our house and now at our cabin. They just make it easy for us. Today Lance did both properties. He was on time, professional and pointed out some small details for us to monitor. Once or twice, we needed a second visit and they jumped right in it.

The young man Matt that came to take care of the ground bees and wasps was very professional. He kindly explained what type of ground bee wasps i had, they are very nasty critters. He talked to me through my front screen door as the bees were super active as he put the chemical in their nest, and he didnt want me to get stung. He had to come back a second time, as these buggers were still coming out of the nest after 2 weeks and we both were surprised that the bees looked as if they physically doubled in size.

The service guy was punctual, pleasant and thorough.

Shawn was great. Knowledgeable, polite, personable, and hard working. He arrived promptly and completed the termite treatment in record time.

Eric was very polite and on time. He also walked me through and explained everything he was gonna do.
